Supplies:
- 8 ½" x 11" card stock stamped front and back
- ruler
- pencil
- scissors
I would recommend you try the folding on
plain text weight paper a couple of times to get the technique down before
you begin to fold the card stock. Once you are comfortable with the
folding technique, stamp the images on both sides of the card stock before
folding.

1. On stamped card stock faintly mark the center
points with a pencil. TURN PAPER OVER and...

2. Lightly mark middle center point only.

3. Fold bottom up to the center dot and crease
sharply. (use a bone folder or the edge of a ruler to help define the
creases) Repeat with top. Unfold. TURN PAPER OVER.

4. Fold top corners in, with dots in the center as the
meeting point, and only crease from the top point to the fold line. Unfold
and repeat with the bottom corners. Unfold.

5. Mark the four points at the creases (made in
Step 4). These will be used as a guide for the next 2 folds. TURN PAPER
OVER.

6. Fold left side in making crease at first two
pencil dots. Unfold and repeat for the right side. Unfold.

7. Fold top and bottom to center as done in Step 3 but
DO NOT UNFOLD.

8. While holding right side of fold closed, place palm
of left hand under left side and beginning folding toward the center,
letting the corners open outward and collapse flat forming wings. Make
sharp creases on the wing folds. DO NOT UNFOLD.

9. Fold the wings in, meeting at the center. DO NOT
UNFOLD.
10. Fold the flap back to the left, over the wings. DO
NOT UNFOLD.
11. Repeat Steps 8-10, holding left side and folding
right side.12. Pull to reveal box inside. If your flaps are not even use
decorative scissors to adjust.
