Most stampers know about second generation stamping. It is the second image created from inking up a stamp and stamping it more than once without reinking. These pieces were created with second generation images also. The first image is a scan of a gift bag. The next images show cards created with that gift bag cut up and recycled and used to create wonderful art work. This Technique is a challenge to see what other art work in the form of cards you can create by recycling first generation art work such as a gift bag.
Another idea for second generation art work. Have you looked closely at your tissue box? Kleenex brand tissue boxes have gorgeous floral art work that could be transformed into beautiful floral themed cards. I know I will never look at a tissue box the same way again.
